Which payment methods can I use?

All major credit cards can be used, including Mastercard, Visa and American Express. If you would like to use vision benefits to pay for your purchase, you will need to contact our customer service at 1-888-412-4393.

Why doesn't my discount code work?

Are you sure you have entered the correct code? Make sure the code hasn’t expired or that it has not been used previously. If you want to be sure, please reach out to our customer service. We wouldn't want you to miss out on any great discounts.

How do you handle my personal data?

What should I do if I forgot my password?

Don't worry, if you don’t remember your password you can simply click on ‘forgot password?’ when trying to log in.

Delivery

What shipping service do you use?

We use the USPS for all orders of prescription glasses. You will be notified when your order has shipped and most orders arrive within 2 - 4 days.

When will my order be shipped?

For prescription glasses, shipping depends on your specific lens request and your prescription. In many cases, we ship prescription eyeglasses within 2 – 5 business days. For more complicated prescriptions or lenses that need special attention, it might take an additional few days. Regardless, you should expect to receive your order within 10 business days.

Can I cancel my order after I have placed it?

We start processing your order as soon as you place it on our website. If you have a change of heart, you can certainly cancel. Please contact customer service as quickly as possible so that we don't start work on your order. You can request a cancellation or return at customerservice@foreyes.com.

What if some of the items in my order are stocked and others are not?

We always ship orders of prescription glasses in one complete shipment. So if one pair of glasses requires lenses that are not in stock, we will wait for all items to be ready at the same time. Nevertheless, it is rare to not receive all of your prescription glasses within 10 business days.
